LECTURES
Lecture 1: Introduction
We were given a brief introduction to the module by Mr. Martin on how the module would be divided and also about our upcoming projects and classwork. With this we moved onto our first exercise.
Lecture 2: Frame size & storyboard
This class, we learnt more about the software that we would be using for sound production, Audition. We were given some clips and ask to edit them to match the original by adjusting the reverb and parametric equaliser and we learnt more about how these t. As for video production, we went through cinematography, with Mr. Martin explaining different kinds of shots and angles to us.
Lecture 3: Shooting practice
Before we began the exercise, Mr. Martin went through some of the angles and shots again and explained to us what we had to do. We were also shown how to work with the camera and tripod provided.

Footage Editing practice
Week 1
For our first exercise, we were introduced to Premiere CC and asked to edit some footage and rearrange the clips in the order of the original video.


Frame size & Storyboard
Week 2
This week, we learnt how to use the ripple edit tool and the rolling edit tool in Premiere to trim the video filed we were given to 55 seconds. After this, we were asked to create storyboards showing the different angle and shots for a soap commercial.
Week 3
For this exercise, we were provided with the school's cameras and equipment and asked to shoot the different angles and shots provided in the template. Mr. Martin showed us the basic features and settings for the cameras and how to work with the tripod. Finally, each of the 9 shots had to 3 seconds long and made into a compilation video.

Recolouring exercise
Week 7
This week, we were asked to recolour one of our previous exercises so that it matches the original video. We were shown how to use the lumetricolour corrector - exposure, white balance, shadows, highlights, etc. Mr. Martin also showed us how we can refer to the waveform in the lumetriscope so we can understand the "level" of each colour (RGB).
