INSTRUCTIONS
Final Project
For the next part of this collaborative project, we have to come up with 5 merchandise to go with the product. Since our product's USP was more to do with being a healthier alternative to ice cream, we decided to go in that direction. After consulting with our teammates and also with Mr. Shamsul, we decided to do the following -
1. Icecream cups with spoons
2. Food journal (with pen/pencil)
3. Tote bag
4. Icecream cones (paper holders)
5. Napkin
We divided the tasks so that we'd be able to finish the merchandise and still have time to refine and get everything printed. We used the same illustrations as the label and tried to make the design simple yet, more or less consistent. For the napkin, I created a pattern out of the jackfruit illustrations and made a simple arrangement out of the same for the tote bag -

After this, I started working on the food journal in Indesign. The book (10x14cm) includes a section for noting down food, calorie and water intake as well as a facing page for jotting down notes.

For the merchandise box, we wanted to create a box inspired by that of a (bulk) fruit packaging box to create the same organic, all-natural feel of our brand. Yameen worked on the design of the box -

Week 12
We consulted Mr. Shamsul about the design for the merchandise box and he said it was a good idea but we should think about the size and the arrangement and also the material we use.
